I realize I have been neglecting the blog. OK. So now that Warped Tour is done and under our tails, it’s time to get back to reality. A reality where there are showers, AC, and dogs. As amazingly brutal as tour was, I already miss it. I miss my new friends, I miss the tour bus, I miss waking up in another city every morning, I miss meating fans, and I miss the late night parties. I have already carved in stone that Choonimals will be a part of Warped Tour next summer, and the summer after that, FOREVER! Or until robots take over. Despite some snags in the road, WT was a TREMENDOUS success and accomplishment for Choonimals. We are extremely humbled to have been a part of it.

Alright now for some REAL TALK.
I’ve been scrawling away on a new line, we’re aiming to release at the beginning of October, right in time for our 3yr Anniversary. Details on the 3yr will be coming together soon… it will be in NYC this year as opposed to our hometown in Columbus, OH. Right now, we have Jay-Z and Prince (lying) headlining the show, so you better keep the whole month of October open to make sure you can come.
Also, hopefully by now you’ve seen the two tank-tops and hoodie we had available the second half of WT, we put all our leftovers online and are getting a restock in next week. Sorry if we didn’t have your size, just count to 7-days and they’ll be there. Put the knife down.
Oh, and while you’re sitting at your computer looking at youtube videos of the Slow Loris, listen to some amazing music from some friends of ours:
1. I apologize for the lack of updates. We’re more likely to spot a wild sharktopus on land eating an ice cream cone than we are to get solid internet for any extended period of time.
2. Matt and I fly home from Warped Tour Aug 17th, so expect a nice healthy dose of updates to start streaming in then.
3. You probably noticed the 3 new items up on our webstore. These have been available most of the summer on Warped Tour (already sold out of them once) and will be getting around to the online store early next week.
4. A fall line is in the breeding stages and will hopefully hatch in the next month or two.

Also, because Warped Tour has been so INSANE, you will notice that a lot of stuff on our site is SOLD OUT. Right now, we are completely sold out of everything except for Black Gators, Face & Sevenandahalf’tapus’ until the Chicago Warped Tour date (July 31). So, our apologies for a mostly empty online store right now. We promise we’ll make it up to you with an amazing fall line!

8 days down, 42 to go. It’s already been the best summer of my life. I don’t even really know how to describe what Matt and I are experiencing right now. Talk to us in person about it.
